Home My WebLink About19-026RESOLUTION 19-026 WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available from Auction proceeds in the amount of $1,265,375 for the Sale of Fixed Assets owned by St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners. WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
