WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for St.
Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available
from Sports Complex User Fees in the amount of the $14,344 for the Regional Parks & Stadiums Division
of the Parks & Recreation Department.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in a meeting assembled this 5th day of March, 2019, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2018-2019, and the County's budget is
hereby amended as follows:

190-7210-347220-75201 User Fees — Non-taxable $4,628
190-7210-347221-75201 User Fees $9,716
APPROPRIATIONS
190-7210-534000-75201 Other Contractual Services $14,344
