A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
RESOLUTION NO. 19-004 FOR CHRISTOPHER WORKMAN VARIANCE
TO CORRECT THE ATTENDANCE AND VOTES.
WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment has reviewed the scrivener's error, and has made the
following determination:
1. On February 27, 2019, the Board of adjustment through Board of Adjustment Resolution
No. 19-004 granted a variance request from the provisions of Section 7.04.01 (Table 7-
10) Lot Size and Dimensional Requirements of the St. Lucie County Land Development
Code for property located at 238 Bimini Drive, Hutchinson Island, FL.
2. Due to a scrivener's error in the attendance of the Board members and the votes, it is
necessary to amend Board of Adjustment Resolution No. 19-004.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Adjustment of St. Lucie County, Florida:
A. Board of Adjustment Resolution No. 19-004 is hereby amended as follows:
