A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT
OF TRANSPORTATION LOCALLY FUNDED AGREEMENT
(#441957-1-12-01) FOR A CORRIDOR PLANNING STUDY
FOR ST. LUCIE BOULEVARD EXTENSION WITH TREASURE
COAST CONNECTOR AND AUTHORIZING THE CHAIR TO
EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT AND FURTHER AUTHORIZING
THE COUNTY ATTORNEY TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT BY
APPROVING IT AS TO FORM AND CORRECTNESS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, has
made the following determinations:
1. The Florida Department of Transportation has awarded the County
funding for a Corridor Planning Study for St. Lucie Boulevard Extension with Treasure
Coast Connector.
2. The Board should authorize and approve execution of the Locally Funded
Agreement (#441957-1-12-01) with the Florida Department of Transportation for the
above -referenced project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
of St. Lucie County, Florida:
1. The Board hereby accepts and approves the Florida Department of
Transportation Locally Funded Agreement (#441957-1-12-01) to provide funding for a
Corridor Planning Study for St. Lucie Boulevard Extension with Treasure Coast
Connector.
2. The Board hereby authorizes and Chair to execute the above -referenced
agreement and further authorizes the County Attorney to execute the agreement by
approving it as to form and correctness.

After motion and second, the vote on Resolution 19-006 was as follows:
