WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for St.
Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available from
a $2,000 donation from Sunshine Laundry for sponsorships for American Red Cross Water Safety Lessons
at St. Lucie County Pools.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida,
in a meeting assembled this 16th day of April, 2019 pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes that
such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2018-2019, and the County's budget is hereby
amended as follows:
REVENUE
001-7215-347210-7106 Program Fees $2,000
APPROPRIATIONS
001-7215-552000-7106 Operating Supplies $2,000
