WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for St.
Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available to
the Community Services Department, for grants funds related to the Continuum of Care, in the amount of
$158,400.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 7th day of May, 2019, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes
that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2018-2019, and the County's budget is hereby
amended as follows:

001608-6420-331510-600 US Dept of Housing & Urban Dev. $158,400
APPROPRIATIONS
001608-6420-583000-600 Other Grants and Aids $158,400
