WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for St.
Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available in
the amount of $19,470 from insurance proceeds received for a stolen Toro Workman Cart HD.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 16th day of July 2019 pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes
that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2018-2019, and the County's budget is hereby
amended as follows:
REVENUE
001-7210-369970-700 Insurance Recovery $19,470
APPROPRIATIONS
001-7210-546100-700 Building Maintenance $19,470
