A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE DONATION OF A PARCEL TO
ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF PERMANENT
AFFORDABLE HOUSING PURSUANT TO SECTION 125.379(1),
FLORIDA STATUTES.
WHEREAS, Section 125.379(1), Florida Statutes, requires each County to prepare an inventory of
all real property within its jurisdiction which is owned by the County in fee simple title and is
appropriate for use as affordable housing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida:
1. The Board does hereby accept the donation of a lot from Ernest R. Masucci and Flora L.
Masucci, Parcel ID 1431-701-0073-000-1, for the construction of permanent affordable
housing pursuant to Section 125.379(2), Florida Statutes.
2. This Resolution shall take effect upon recording in the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
After motion and second, the vote on this Resolution was as follows:
