WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for St.
Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available in
the amount of $5,608 from a private donation by R. Herbst and proceeds from the auction of ship
memorabilia for the deployment of the MN Voici Bernadette.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 13th day of August, 2019, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2018-2019, and the County's budget is
hereby amended as follows:

APPROPRIATIONS
184001-4117-534000-39003 Other Contractual Services $5,608
