WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for St.
Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available in
the amount of $6,995 from insurance proceeds received from Tri County Insurance Risk Management for
the replacement of a stolen golf cart.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 13th day of August 2019 pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes
that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2018-2019, and the County's budget is hereby
amended as follows:

APPROPRIATIONS
190-7210-564000-75201 Machinery & Equipment $6,995
