LUCIE COUNTY WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT, TO REVISE THE COMBINED RESIDENTIAL NON -METERED RATE SCHEDULE WASTEWATER AND RECLAIMED WATER IRRIGATION SERVICE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, on August 13, 2019, in Resolution No. 19-148, the Board of County Commissioners, sitting as the St. Lucie County Water and Sewer District Board (the "District Board"), established the amended wastewater and reuse utility rates, fees and charges for the utility services furnished to the customers of the District ("Rate Schedule"); and WHEREAS, District staff has recommended certain updates be made to Combined Residential Non -Metered Rate Schedule Wastewater And Reclaimed Water Irrigation Service; and, WHEREAS, District staff has prepared an update to the Rate Schedule to reflect the revisions referenced above (the "2019 Rate Schedule") NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, sitting as the Commission of the St. Lucie County Water and Sewer District ("District Commission"): Section I. ADOPTION OF THE COMBINED RESIDENTIAL NON -METERED RATE SCHEDULE WASTEWATER AND RECLAIMED WATER IRRIGATION SERVICE. The Combined Residential Non - Metered Rate Schedule Wastewater And Reclaimed Water Irrigation Service, as set forth in the updated 2019 Rate Schedule, attached to this Resolution as Exhibit "1", is hereby adopted.
