WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County
Commissioners for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of
the budget have become available in the amount of $60,000 from a Florida Fish and Wildlife
Conservation Commission Grant for St. Lucie County Artificial Reef Construction.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners
to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 22nd day of October, 2019, pursuant to Section
129.06 (d), Florida Statutes that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2019-
2020, and the County's budget is hereby amended as follows:

APPROPRIATIONS
001611-4117-534000-39003 Other Contractual Services $60,000
