WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Erosion District's Budget
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget
have become available for the Ft. Pierce Inlet Project.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the St. Lucie County Erosion
District to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Erosion District of St. Lucie County, Florida,
in meeting assembled this 22nd day of October 2019 pursuant to Section 129.06 (d),
Florida Statutes that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2019-2020,
and the County's budget is hereby amended as follows:
