WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for St. Lucie
County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available in the amount
of $160,000 from a State of Florida Department of Transportation Grant for the Runway 14/32 Airfield Lighting
and Signage Update.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida,
in meeting assembled this 22nd day of October, 2019, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes that
such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2019-2020, and the County's budget is hereby amended
as follows:

140401-4210-334411-204620 FDOT-Transportation $160,000
APPROPRIATIONS
140401-4210-563000-204620 Infrastructure $160,000
