A Notice of Intent to Abandon was advertised on September 28, 2019 and October 5, 2019, and no objections were received. 4. On October 3, 2019, property owners within 500 feet were notified and no objections were received. 5. On October 4, 2019, a Notice of Public Hearing was advertised in the St. Lucie News Tribune. 6. All relevant public utilities have provided written consent to the abandonment. 7. County staff reviewed the petition and have no objections to the proposed abandonment. 8.
