WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for St.
Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available in
the amount of $5,000 for the Kilmer Fort Pierce Branch Library.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 51h day of November 2019, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2019-2020, and the County's budget is
hereby amended as follows:

001-7110-366900-710000 Donations $5,000
APPROPRIATIONS
001-7110-534000-710000 Other Contractual Services $5,000
