WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for St.
Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available to
the Public Works Department, from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection for Taylor Creek
Restoration Project in the amount of $585,210.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 17th day of December, 2019, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2019-2020, and the County's budget is
hereby amended as follows:

APPROPRIATIONS
