DESCRIPTION
Being a parcel of land located in the Northeast 114 of the Northwest 114 of Section 9, Township 36 South,
Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, and also being a portion of Outiot 211, Plat of WHITE CITY, filed in
Plat Book 1, Page 23 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, being more particularly described as
follows:
Commence at the Northeast corner of the Northwest 114 of Section 9, Township 36 South, Range 40 East,
thence run South 89' 48' 31" West (assumed bearing) along the North line of the Northwest 114 of said
Section 9, a distance of 51.33 feet to the East right of way line at the southerly terminus of Palmetto Avenue
and the POINT -OF -BEGINNING of the herein described parcel, thence continue South 89° 48' 31 " West along
the North line of the Northwest 114 of said Section 9, and also along the southerly terminus of said Palmetto
Avenue a distance of 80.00' to the West right of way line at the southerly terminus of Palmetto Avenue;
Thence departing said southerly terminus of Palmetto Avenue run South 00' 21' 38" West, a distance of 62.64
feet; Thence run parallel to said southerly terminus of Palmetto, North 89° 48' 31" East, a distance of 82.60
feet to a point located on the east line of said Outlot 211, the some being the west line of Parcel 3 as recorded
in ORB 0779 Page 1303 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, Thence North 00' 19' 14" West, a
distance of 40.00 feet along the east line of said Outlot 211 to the NW corner of said Parcel 3 and also being
located on the south line of lands described in ORB 502 Page 2741 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida; Thence run North 90° 00' 00" West, a distance of 2.13 feet to the SW corner of said lands described in
ORB 502 Page 2741 public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; Thence run North 00° 21' 49" East, along said
west line of lands described in ORB 502 Page 2741 public records of St. Lucie County, Florida a distance of
22.63 feet back to the point of beginning.
