AN ORDER AMENDING PDS ORDER No. 19-044, ADOPTED ON
DECEMBER 3, 2019, TO CORRECT A SCRIVENER'S ERROR
LOCATED IN SECTION `A', SUBSECTION `3', WITH RESPECT TO
THE RIGHT-OF-WAY DEDICATION REQUESTED FOR A PROJECT
KNOWN AS CRUM, DARRELL AND LISA LOT SPLIT
WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Development Services Director has made the
following determinations:
1. On December 3, 2019, the Planning and Development Services Director, through PDS
Order No. 19-044, granted approval for a Lot Split petition for Darrell and Lisa Crum.
2. Following the recordation of PDS Order No. 19-044, it was determined that a right-of-
way dedication is not required, noted in Section `A', Subsection `3', pursuant to Land
Development Code Section 7.05.03 - Rights -of -Way Determinations and Dedications,
Improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED BY THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT
SERVICES DIRECTOR OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA:
A. Section `A', Subsection `3' cited within the Order shall be eliminated as a condition of
approval:
3. Within 90 days of the recorded approval order and newly created legal
descriptions, the applicants, property owners, developer, their successors or
assigns, shall convey to St. Lucie County, in a manner or form acceptable to the
County Attorney, 10 feet of right-of-way along the entire frontage of the parent
parcel along Johnston Road.
B. All of the terms, findings, and conditions otherwise cited in PDS Order No. 19-044,
approved on December 3, 2019, are hereby incorporated by reference in PDS Order
No. 2020-003.
C. This Order shall be recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie County
