AN ORDER AMENDING PDS ORDER NO. 2019-032, ADOPTED ON
AUGUST 1, 2019, TO CORRECT A SCRIVENER'S ERROR LOCATED IN
SECTION 'A', SUBSECTION '1', WITH RESPECT TO THE AMOUNT OF
RIGHT-OF-WAY DEDICATION BEING REQUESTED FOR A PROJECT
KNOWN AS LEAL, EDUARDO LOT SPLIT.
WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Development Services Director has made the
following determinations:
On August 1, 2019, the Planning and Development Services Director, through PDS Order
No. 2019-032, granted approval for a Lot Split for Eduardo Leal.
2. Following the recordation of PDS Order No. 2019-032, it was determined that the right-of-
way dedication required, noted in section 'A', subsection '1', was incorrect.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED BY THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
DIRECTOR OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA:
A. Section 'A', subsection '1' cited within the Order should have read as follows:
1. Within 90 days of the recorded order of approval, the applicants, property owners,
developer, their successors or assigns, shall convey to St. Lucie County, in a manner or
form acceptable to the County Attorney, 5 feet of right-of-way along the entire frontage
of the parent parcel along Shinn Road.
B. All of the terms, findings, and conditions otherwise cited in PDS Order No. 2019-032, approved
on August 1, 2019, are hereby incorporated by reference in PDS Order No. 2020-006.
C. A copy of this Order shall be placed on file with the St. Lucie County Planning and
Development Services Department and mailed to the developer and agent of record as
identified on the Lot Split application.
D. This Order shall be recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie County.
