A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FLORDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
COUNTY INCENTIVE GRANT PROGRAM AGREEMENT (#424143-2-54-01/02) -
AMENDMENT FOUR TO ADD FUNDING TO INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS AT SR-
713 AND SR-614 (KINGS HIGHWAY AND INDRIO ROAD) PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIR TO EXECUTE AMENDMENT FOUR AND FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE
COUNTY ATTORNEY TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT BY APPROVING IT AS TO FORM
AND CORRECTNESS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, has made the following
determinations:
1. The Florida Department of Transportation has added funding to the County Incentive Grant
Program Agreement for Intersection Improvements at SR-713 and SR-614 (Kings Highway and Indrio Road)
(#424143-2-54-01/02 ).
2. The Board should authorize and approve execution of Amendment Four to the County Incentive
Grant Program Agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation for the above -referenced project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida:
1. The Board hereby accepts and approves the added funding to the County Incentive Grant
Program Agreement for Intersection Improvements at SR-713 And SR-614 (Kings Highway And Indrio Road)
(#424143-2-54-01/02 )
2. The Board hereby authorizes and Chair to execute the above -referenced agreement and further
authorizes the County Attorney to execute the agreement by approving it as to form and correctness.
