RIGHT-OF-WAY DEED
THIS DEED, executed effective as of the _ day of —� ri l 2019 by

Aberdeen St., Suite 400, Chicago, IL 60607, hereinafter called the Grantor, to ST. LUCIE
COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose address is 2300 Virginia Avenue,
Fort Pierce, Florida 34982, hereinafter called the Grantee:
(Wherever used herein the terms "Grantor" and "Grantee" include all the parties to this
instrument and the heirs, legal representatives, and assigns of individuals, and the successors
and assigns of corporations, wherever the context so admits or requires).
WITNESSETH, That the said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of $1.00 in
hand paid by the said Grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants,
bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantee forever, all that
certain land, situate, lying and being in the County of St. Lucie County, State of Florida, to wit:

RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR JENKINS ROAD.

Grantor warrants that at the time of this conveyance, the subject property is not the Grantor's
homestead within the meaning set forth in the constitution of the state of Florida, nor is it
contiguous to of a part of homestead property.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging
or in anywise appertaining.
