Good Morning EDC Partners This past weekend, the U.S. Federal Reserve Bank announced the creation of the new Main Street New Loan Facility to facilitate lending to small and mid-sized businesses by eligible lenders. The loan program offers the following:  Eligible companies must have less than 10,000 employees or 2019 revenue less than $2.5 billion  Loan term is 4 years  Amortization of principal and interest: Deferred for one year  Minimum Loan Size: $1 million  Loan must be obtained through an eligible financial institution This loan program is not yet accepting applications; anticipated loan application opening is month end. Interested businesses should contact their financial representative to learn more about the detailed eligibility of this program.
