WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for St. Lucie
County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available to the
Community Services Department, Transit Division from FCTD Trip and Equipment SFY2021, in the amount of
$784,157.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida,
in meeting assembled this 2nd day of June, 2020, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes that such
funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2019-2020, and the County's budget is hereby amended as
follows:

130238-4410-334491-440000 Transportation Disadvantaged Comm $784,157
APPROPRIATIONS
130238-4410-583000-440000 Other Grants & Aids $784,157
