WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Erosion District's Budget for St. Lucie
County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available for the
South County Project.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the St. Lucie County Erosion District to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Erosion District of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting
assembled this 16th day of June 2020 pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes that such funds are
hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2019-2020, and the County's budget is hereby amended as follows:

APPROPRIATIONS
001486-3710-546340-36209 Maintenance-Beach Renourishment $ 3,381,281
