HomeMy WebLinkAbout20-127 RESOLUTION NO. 20-127 WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available from the Department of Homeland Security through the Florida Division of Emergency Management as a Federally Funded Sub-grant Agreement, in the amount of$100,041. WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
