WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for St.
Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available
from the Florida E911 Board in the amount of$24,000 for the special earned interest payment related to
protecting 911 Personnel from COVID19.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 7th day of July, 2020, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes
that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2019-2020, and the County's budget is hereby
amended as follows:
REVENUE
107001-2120-369917-210000 Miscellaneous Revenue $24,000
APPROPRIATIONS
107001-2120-552050-210000 Safety Supplies $12,000
107001-2120-564000-210000 Machinery & Equipment $12,000
