WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for St. Lucie
County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available from
Transportation Disadvantaged Comm for FY20/21 in the amount of$25,777.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida,
in meeting assembled this 7 1h day of July 2020, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes that such funds
are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2019-2020, and the County's budget is hereby amended as follows:
REVENUE
001487-1540-334491-150000 Transportation Disadvantaged Comm $25,777
APPROPRIATION
001487-1540-512000-150000 Salaries $25,777
