The analysis is found in the Staff Report for the Common Wealth Trust Services LLC. Lot Split/Minor Replat (AKA PGA COM CENTRE AT THE RESERVE) LS-4202025734, dated August 7, 2020. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED: A. Pursuant to Section 11.03.04 of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code, the Lot Split (Minor Replat/Lot Line Adjustment) is hereby approved as shown on the Minor Replat prepared by Engineering Design & Construction, Inc. dated June 5, 2020, revised though August 7, 2020, and stamped by PDS on August 7, 2020, as depicted in Exhibit "A" subject to the following conditions: 1. Prior to recording warranty deeds to complete the Lot (Split) Line Adjustment/Minor Replat, or any development approval for Lot 1 — whichever comes first, the applicant, assigns, or successor shall record the executed cross -access easement between Lots 1 & 2. B. St. Lucie County is not responsible for the maintenance, up -keep, or improvement of any private drives, roads, streets, easements, or rights -of -way providing ingress and egress or drainage service to the subject property. C. A copy of this Order shall be attached to the boundary survey described in Part A, and shall be placed on file in the Planning and Development Services Department. D.
