WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for St.
Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available to
Community Services, Housing Division from the Florida Housing Finance Corporation Agency in the amount
of $311,567 for Coronavirus Relief Funds.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 4th day of August, 2020, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes
that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2019-2020, and the County's budget is hereby
amended as follows:

APPROPRIATIONS
185022-5420-583000-540000 Other Grants and Aids $311,567
