WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for St. Lucie
County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available in the amount
of $50,000 from the Foodservice Packaging Institute's (FPI) Foam Recovery Grant Program for use in the
purchase of a Foam Cycle Recover System.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida,
in meeting assembled this 1st day of September 2020, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes that
such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2019-2020, and the County's budget is hereby amended
as follows:

401-3410-389801-39011 Proprietary -Capital Contribution Private $50,000
APPROPRIATIONS
401-3410-564000-39011 Machinery & Equipment $50,000
