The foregoing WARRANTY DEED from THE SCHOOL BOARD OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY,
FLORIDA for the Walton Road Sidewalk Project is duly accepted on behalf of St. Lucie County this

THIS SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED, made the I day of May, 2020 by The School Board of St.
Lucie County, Florida, governing body -of the School District of St. Lucie County, Florida, whose address is:
501 NW University Blvd., Port St. Lucie, FL 34986, hereinafter called the Grantor, to St. Lucie County, a
political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose address is: 2300 Virginia Avenue, Fort Pierce, FL 34982,
hereinafter called the Grantee:
(Wherever used herein the terms "Grantor" and "Grantee" shall include singular and plural heirs, legal representatives and assigns of
individuals, and the successors and assigns of corporations)
W I T N E S S E T H: That the Grantor for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND 00/1001S ($10.00) Dollars and other
valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, remises, releases, conveys and

SUBJECT TO ALL RESTRICTIONS, RESERVATIONS, CONDITIONS, EASEMENTS AND DEDICATIONS OF
RECORD AND TAXES FOR THE YEAR 2020 AND THEREAFTER
TOGETHER, with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND, the Grantor hereby covenants with said Grantee that the Grantor is lawfully seized of said land in fee simple;
that the Grantor has good right and lawful authority to sell and convey said land, and hereby warrants the title to
said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons claiming by, through or under the
