WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for St.
Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available
through Capital lease proceeds for the anti-virus software, in the amount of$357,916. The capital lease is
a three year term lease to provide anti-virus software for the Sheriffs office.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 20th day of October 2020, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2019-2020, and the County's budget is
hereby amended as follows:
REVENUE
107-8192-383100-810000 Capital Lease Proceeds $357,916
APPROPRIATIONS
107-8192-599042-810000 SLC Sheriff- Law Enforcement $357,916
