AN ORDER AMENDING CONDITION #4 WITHIN PDS ORDER 2020-064
APPROVED ON OCTOBER 9, 2020 FOR A LOT SPLIT FOR THE
PROPERTY CONSISTING OF 0.69-ACRES LOCATED AT 1300 WEST
1ST STREET, FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA, OWNED BY SRFMO, LLC
WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Development Services Director has made the following
determinations:
On October 9, 2020, the Director of Planning and Development Services Department approved a
Lot Split for SRFMO, LLC as shown on the boundary survey prepared by Roland E. Rollins, dated
October 24, 2019, updated through July 7, 2020 and date stamped by Planning and Development
Services Department on September 2, 2020.
2. Following the recordation of PDS Order 2020-064, staff determined that Condition #4 cited within
that Order contained an error.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the Planning and Development Services Director of St. Lucie
County, Florida:
A. Condition #4 cited within the Order should have read as follows:
No buildings or structures shall be erected or placed within the existing 25' drainage easement on
Parcel Two unless authorized by the easement holder or the easement is abandoned. Any future
driveway connection shall be reviewed and approved by the Road and Bridge Division Director to
ensure the design will not impact drainage infrastructure.
B. A copy of this Order shall be attached to the boundary survey described in Paragraph 1 and shall
be placed on file in the Planning and Development Services Department.
C. This Order shall be recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie County.
ORDER effective the day of 2020.
