WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida desires to amend
the County Budget to account for funds unanticipated in the budget;
WHEREAS, Section 129.06(2), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners
to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County, Florida, in a meeting assembled this 20th day of April, 2021, pursuant to Section 129.06
(2), Florida Statutes, that the fiscal year 2020-2021 County budget is hereby amended as reflected
in attachment "A", which is incorporated as part of this resolution.
After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows:
