A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A
FEE SIMPLE DEED OF DONATION FOR CANAL 14
ON BEHALF OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, that:
The foregoing Fee Simple Deed of Donation from North St. Lucie River Water
Control District, is duly accepted on behalf of St. Lucie County this 2nd day of June, 2020.

FEE SIMPLE DEED OF DONATION
THIS FEE SIMPLE DEED OF DONATION, made the �� day of May, 2020, by
NORTH ST.LUCIE RIVER WATER CONTROL DISTRICT, a quasi-public special taxing
district, organized and existing under the General Drainage Laws of the State of Florida,
whose post office address is 14666 Orange Avenue,Fort Pierce,Florida,34945,hereinafter called
the Grantor,to ST.LUCIE COUNTY,a political subdivision of the State of Florida,whose post
office address is 2300 Virginia Avenue,Fort Pierce,Florida,34982,hereinafter called the Grantee.
(Whenever used herein the terms"Grantor"and"Grantee"include all the parties to the instrument and the heirs,legal representatives,and
assigns of individuals,and the successors and assigns of corporations,wherever the context so admits or requires.)
WITNESSETH, That the Grantor,for and in consideration of the sum of$10.00 and other
valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells,
aliens, remises,releases, conveys, and confirms unto the Grantee all that certain land, situate in St.
Lucie County, Florida, viz:
North St. Lucie River Water Control District Canal No. 14 right-of-way,
containing 2.70 acres, more or less,having Parcel Identification No. 2433-141-
0005-000-5, as more fully delineated and described on Exhibit "A" hereto.
SAVING AND RESERVING UNTO GRANTOR an easement for drainage and
flowage of water through the canal or ditch excavation within the above
described right-of-way.
TOGETHER, with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging
or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the said Grantor has signed and sealed these presents the day
and year first above written.
