Land Records of St. Lucle,County, Florida; more particularly described in the attached ExhM A, with

Section__S. Limitation of Credit.
The credit established by j true Agreement is limited solely to the property tegatty described
to Exhibit 13 and Is not Mmsferable to any other property craned by gerpening' in St.
Lucie County. The credit may only be applied against Road Impact Fees and small not
be trarvsferabts as a credit against other Impact tees tmposed for purposes other than
roads:
