WHERSAs, on May 4, 1994, "St. Lucie County" —an "Jennings" entered into Road Impact Fee Credit Agreement IF 94-0 _far the eutn of one hundred fifty three thousand, six hun re and eighty two 25/100 ($153,682.25) dollars in consideration for the value of the ri.ght- of-Way acquisitions described above; and, WHEREAS, the Level of Service "D" capacity of a two lane Local.
