A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RIGHT-OF-WAY ALONG ORANGE AVENUE
ON BEHALF OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, that:
The foregoing Warranty Deed from BP-OK DEV, LLC is duly accepted on behalf of

WARRANTY DEED

Southfield, MI 48076 ("Grantor") to ST. LUCIE COUNTY, whose post office address is

WITNESSETH, that said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND
NO/100 ($10.00) DOLLARS and other good and valuable consideration to said Grantor in hand
paid by said Grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and
sold to the Grantee and Grantee's heirs and assigns forever the following described land
situate, lying and being in ST. LUCIE County, Florida,to-wit:
Attached please find Exhibit"A"attached hereto and made a part hereof
and said Grantor does hereby fully warrant the title to said land and will defend the same
against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
SUBJECT, however, to taxes for the year 2020 and subsequent years; to all
governmental regulations; to restrictions and easements of record, which are not reinstated
hereby.
TOGETHER, with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND, the Grantor hereby covenants with said Grantee that they are lawfully seized of
said lands in fee simple; that they have good right and lawful authority to sell and convey said
land and that said land is free of all encumbrances whatsoever.
"Grantor"and "Grantee" are used for singular or plural, as context requires.
