AN ORDER AMENDING PDS ORDER NO. 19-044, ADOPTED ON
DECEMBER 3, 2019, TO CORRECT A SCRIVENER'S ERROR
LOCATED IN PARAGRAPH "1", WITH RESPECT TO THE LEGAL
DESCRIPTION FOR A PROJECT KNOWN AS CRUM, DARRELL
AND LISA LOT SPLIT
WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Development Services Director has made the
following determinations:
1. On December 3, 2019, the Planning and Development Services Director, through PDS
Order No. 19-044. granted approval for a Lot Split petition for Darrell and Lisa Crum.
2. On January 17, the Planning and Development Services Director, through PDS Order
No. 2020-003, granted approval of a Scrivener's Error after determining a right-of-way
dedication was not required, as noted in Section 'A'. Subsection '3' of PDS Order No.
19-044.
3. Subsequent to the recordation of PDS Order No. 19-044, it was determined that the
legal description, noted in Paragraph '1', was incorrect.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED BY THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT
SERVICES DIRECTOR OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA:
A. Paragraph "1" cited within the PDS Order 2019-044 shall be updated as follows:
