MOSQUITO CONTROL EASEMENT
THIS MOSQUITO CONTROL EASEMENT made and entered into this .9. � day of
E.411 C, 2021, by and between WBC Collections LP, whose address is 9215 Solon Road Suite D1,
Houston, TX 77064, as the "Grantor", and ST. LUCIE COUNTY MOSQUITO CONTROL DISTRICT, a
dependent taxing district of the State of Florida, whose address is 2300 Virginia Avenue, Fort Pierce,
Florida 34982, as the "Grantee."
WITNESSESTH:
That Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) in hand paid by the
Grantee, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant to the Grantee, its successors
and assigns, a maintenance-access easement which shall permit the Grantee to enter upon the property
herein described at any time to access, and maintain the property, including but not limited to the entry
gate and dike roads, for the purposes of mosquito and sandfly control, over, under and access the
easement Premises, as may be necessary for such control as shown in Exhibit A. To facilitate such access,
the Grantee shall have the right to use the dike road which runs through the Premises, which will provide
access to the rest of the dike road by the Grantee and its vehicles and equipment. Use of the gate and the
Impoundment dike road will be limited to the Grantee, its officials, agents, employees, invitees, and
contractors. The easement hereby granted covers a certain parcel of land more particularly described as
follows:

Grantor hereby covenants that it is lawfully seized and in possession of the real property herein
described and that it has good and lawful right to grant the aforesaid easement free and clear of
mortgages and other encumbrances.
Grantor may revoke this easement upon ninety (90) days prior written notice to the Grantee.
