A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FLORDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
GRANT PROGRAM AGREEMENT (FIN. PROJ. NO. 448080-1-94-01) FOR THE
AEROWEST TAXIWAY DEVELOPMENT AND AUTHORIZING THE CHAIR AND COUNTY
ATTORNEY TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT BY APPROVING IT AS TO FORM AND
CORRECTNESS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, has made the following
determinations:
1. The Florida Department of Transportation has awarded the County funding for the Aerowest Taxiway
Development(FIN. PROJ. NO.448080-1-94-01).
2. The Board should authorize and approve execution of the Public Transportation Grant Agreement
with the Florida Department of Transportation for the above-referenced project.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida:
1. The Board hereby accepts the Public Transportation Grant Agreement with the State of Florida (FIN.
PROJ. NO.448080-1-94-01)to provide funding for the Aerowest Taxiway Development.
2. The Board hereby authorizes the Chair to execute the above-referenced agreement and further
authorizes the County Attorney to execute the agreement by approving it as to form and correctness.
After motion and second,the vote on Resolution 21-399 was as follows:

Vice-Chairman Sean Mitchell AYE
Commissioner Linda Bartz ABSENT
Commissioner Frannie Hutchinson AYE
Commissioner Cathy Townsend AYE
