A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FLORDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
SUBRECIPIENT GRANT AGREEMENT(FIN. PROJ. NO. 449494-3-94-01) FOR PORT OF
FORT PIERCE CORONAVIRUS STATE FISCAL RECOVERY FUNDS AND AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIR AND COUNTY ATTORNEY TO EXECUTE THE AMENDMENT BY APPROVING
IT AS TO FORM AND CORRECTNESS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, has made the following
determinations:
1. The Florida Department of Transportation has awarded the County funding for the Port of Fort Pierce
Coronavirus State Fiscal Recovery Funds(FIN. PROJ. NO.449494-3-94-01).
2. The Board should authorize and approve execution of the Coronavirus Sate Fiscal Recovery Funds
Subrecipient Grant Agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation for the above-
referenced project.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida:
1. The Board hereby accepts the Subrecipient Grant Agreement with the State of Florida (FIN. PROJ. NO.
449494-3-94-01)to provide funding for the Coronavirus State Fiscal Recovery Funds.
2. The Board hereby authorizes the Chair to execute the above-referenced amendment and further
authorizes the County Attorney to execute the amendment by approving it as to form and correctness.
After motion and second,the vote on Resolution 21-425 was as follows:
