BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida,that:
The foregoing Right-of-Way Deed from Fanelli Fort Pierce, LLC is duly accepted
on behalf of St. Lucie County this 21st day of September, 2021.

RIGHT-OF-WAY DEED
THIS RIGHT-OF-WAY DEED,executed this Z,y day of October,2021,by Panelli Fort Pierce,
LLC,a Florida limited liability company,Grantor,whose mailing address is 6499 Powerline Road,Suite 101,
Fort Lauderdale,FL 33009,to Saint Lucie County,Florida,a political subdivision of the State of Florida,
Grantee,whose address is 2300 Virginia Avenue,Fort Pierce,FL 34982.
WITNESSETH,that the Grantor,for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar($1.00),in hand
paid by the said Grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and other good and valuable
consideration,does hereby convey unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns forever, all the right, title,
interest,claim and demand which Grantor has in and to the following described parcels of land,situate,lying
and being in the County of Indian River, State of Florida,for right-of-way,to-wit:
West 20.00 feet of Lot 14, MIDWAY INDUSTRIAL PARK-PHASE III-SOUTH,
according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 45,Page(s)40,Public Records of
St. Lucie County,Florida. See Exhibit"A"attached hereto and made a part hereof.
It is the intention of the Grantor by this instrument to convey to the said County, and its
successors in interest, the land above described for use as a public highway or road and for all
purposes incidental thereto.
It is expressly provided that if and when said highway or road shall be lawfully and
permanently discontinued,the title to the said above described land shall immediately revert to the
Grantor,its successors or assigns, and it or they shall have the right to immediately re-possess the
same.
And the said Grantor will defend the title to said land against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever,claiming by,through or under it.
