A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC
OPPORTUNITY SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENT NO. 10177 TO FUND CONSTRUCTION OF
THE HARDENING OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY FIRE DISTRICT STATION #2 PROJECT AND
AUTHORIZING THE CHAIR TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT AND FURTHER
AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY ATTORNEY TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT BY
APPROVING IT AS TO FORM AND CORRECTNESS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, has made the following
determinations:
1. The Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida is administering the State of
Florida Department of Economic Opportunity funding for construction of the Hardening of St. Lucie County Fire
District Station #2 Project.
2. The Board should authorize and approve execution of the Subrecipient Agreement No. 10177
with the State of Florida Department of Economic Opportunity.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida:
1. The Board hereby accepts and approves the State of Florida Department of Economic
Opportunity No. 10177 for the construction of the Hardening of St. Lucie County Fire District Station #2 Project.
2. The Board hereby authorizes and Chair to execute the above -referenced agreement and further
authorizes the County Attorney to execute the agreement by approving it as to form and correctness.
After motion and second, the vote on Resolution 22-029 was as follows:
