HomeMy WebLinkAboutPDS-22-004 - Amending PDS Order 2021-060 PDS ORDER 2022-004 File No.: LS - 10202126204 AN ORDER AMENDING PDS ORDER 2021-060, ADOPTED ON DECEMBER 29, 2021, TO CORRECT A SCRIVENER'S ERROR LOCATED IN SECTION 'A', WITH RESPECT TO THE CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL FOR A PROJECT KNOWN AS UNITED TELEPORTS - SES LOT SPLIT WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Development Services Director has made the following determinations: 1. On December 29, 2021, the Planning and Development Services Director, through PDS Order No. 2021-060, granted approval for a Lot Splitpetition for United Teleports - SES. Pp p p 2. Following the approval and recoding of PDS Order 2021-060, the applicant requested a change to the condition of approval, as noted in Section 'A'. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED BY THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIRECTOR OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA: A. Section 'A', cited within PDS Order 2021-060 shall be amended to read as follows: 1.
