DONATION FOR 40'OF RIGHT-OF-WAY ALONG ST. LUCIE BOULEVARD
ON BEHALF OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida,that:
The foregoing Warranty Deed from Treasure Coast Vault, LLC is duly accepted on
behalf of St. Lucie County this 7th day of June, 2022.

This Warranty Deed made this lib day of June,2022 between Treasure Coast Vault,LLC,a Florida limited liability
company, whose post office address is 19 Via Lucindia Drive North, Stuart, FL 34996,grantor, and St. Lucie County,
whose post office address is 2300 Virginia Avenue,Fort Pierce,FL 34982,grantee.
(Whenever used herein the terms"grantor"and"grantee"include all the parties to this instrument and the heirs,legal representatives,and assigns of individuals,
and the successors and assigns of corporations,trusts and trustees)
Witnesseth,that said grantor,for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS($10.00)and other good
and valuable considerations to said grantor in hand paid by said grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has
granted,bargained,and sold to the said grantee,and grantee's heirs and assigns forever,the following described land,situate,
lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida to-wit:
A 40.00 foot wide strip of land for public right of way purposes over,under and across a portion of that certain property
as described in Official Records Book 4783, Page 1524 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,lying in the
Northeast Quarter(N.E. 1/4)of the Northwest Quarter(N.W. 1/4)of Section 36,Township 34 South,Range 39 East,St.
Lucie County, Florida being the South 40.00 feet of the North 90.00 feet of the West 618.00 feet of the East 713.00 feet
of the Northeast Quarter(N.E. 1/4) of the Northwest Quarter(N.W. 1/4) of said Section 36. Being more particularly
described by metes and bounds as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Northwest Quarter(N.W. 1/4)of said Section 36; thence North 89°51'06"
West along the North line of the Northwest Quarter(N.W. 1/4)of said Section 36,95.00 feet to an intersection with the
West line of the Fort Pierce Farms Water Control District No.3 and it's Northerly extension; thence South 00°20'59"
West along said West line,50.00 feet to the Point of Beginning;thence,continuing along said West line South 00°20'59"
West, 40.00 feet; thence North 89°51'06" West, 618.00 feet to an intersection with the West line of said property as
described in Official Records Book 4783,Page 1524; thence North 00°20'59" East along said West line,40.00 feet to an
intersection with a line being 50.00 feet Southerly of,and parallel with the said North line of the Northwest Quarter
(N.W. 1/4)of said Section 36;thence South 89°51'06" East along said parallel line,618.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Together with all the tenements,hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
To Have and to Hold,the same in fee simple forever.
And the grantor hereby covenants with said grantee that the grantor is lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that the
grantor has good right and lawful authority to sell and convey said land;that the grantor hereby fully warrants the title to said
land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever; and that said land is free of all
encumbrances,except taxes accruing subsequent to 12/31/2021.
