A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A FINAL BUDGET
FOR FISCAL YEAR 2022-2023
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, has
made the following determination:
1. On September 8, 2022, after TRIM notices were mailed to all property owners
pursuant to Section 200.069, Florida Statutes, the Board of County
Commissioners (sitting as the Board of County Commissioners, the Mosquito
Control Board, and the Erosion Control Board) held a public hearing to
consider adopting the tentative budget for fiscal year 2022-2023 and adopted the
tentative budget.
2. On September 22, 2022, after notice published in the Tribune, the Board held a
Public Hearing and adopted the Final Budget for fiscal year 2022-2023.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
St. Lucie County, Florida:
