Re: Declaration of State of Emergency
Dear Michelle:
I am enclosing herewith an original Declaration of a State of Local Emergency in relation to Hurricane
Ian which should previously have been filed with your office. I guess with everything closed the next
two days after it was signed and matters having gone well, locally, this got left in the file here rather than
filed with you.
Since the order was entered, even though no further action was required, I do think that it needs to go to
you, even if it is untimely. I apologize for that delay.
