THIS SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED, made the J4—day of January, 2021, by

to ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose post office

Subject to restrictions, reservations, limitations and easements of record, if any;

TOGETHER, with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging
or in anywise appertaining.

deed, the premises were free from all encumbrances made by grantor and that Grantor will warrant
and defend the same against the lawful claims and demands of all persons claiming by, through or
